I found this link, but i don't think that it's your specific problem. I would say that would be a good thing for you to do. You may have different versions than I do. I also went back to the trace and looked for winsxs. My trace has a lot more calls than your system. Check your application and system event logs to see if there are any Winsxs errors.

OCX is supported on Windows 10 but you must distribute it yourself. That means you need to put the file on the machine and register it regsvr You can do this manually or you can create an installation for your application.
